Single pockets
Single filter pockets are filter pockets consisting of a composite, but ultrasonically welded and cut to the appropriate size.
The WWFABRICS production line performs transverse ultrasonic welding of a specially prepared ribbon of two composite layers. At the same time, the ultrasonic knife cuts transversely the ribbon of two composites connected with spacers, creating a strong weld at one end of the pocket.
In this way, WWFABRICS fulfills orders to the dimensions requested by the Ordering Party.
Market
Single filter pockets allow manufacturers of air conditioning filters to focus on the production of ready-made filters, bypassing the time-consuming and expensive process of pocket preparation (cutting, sewing). WWFABRICS offers pockets with spacer slits ranging from 10cm to 18cm on the open side of the pocket.
This type of solution used by WWFABRICS has proven its usefulness for many customers.
