Oil fillings
Filling WW10OWAM
Oil absorption fill is used to fill oil dams, absorbent pads and mats to absorb oil products.
The oil absorption filling was made by grinding parts of meltblown nonwoven fabrics in a special mill.
The individual elements are 3-5mm wide and a few to a dozen or so centimeters long when unfolded.
WW10OWAM is characterized by different properties, depending on the type of meltblown nonwoven fabric from which it is produced. These differences are within the limits of 20% in terms of oil absorption.
For non-woven fabrics with a low basis weight and at the same time relatively high density, the absorption is slightly lower and is defined as a factor of 6.5-7.5.
For nonwoven fabrics with higher grammage and lower density used for liquid filtration, the absorption coefficient is 8.5-10.
The average value of the absorption coefficient was taken as 8,5 +/- 2.
Filling WW24OWAM
Oil absorption fill is used to fill oil dams, absorbent pads and mats to absorb oil products.
The oil absorption filling was made as a dedicated meltblown nonwoven fabric wound on a roll.
Due to the fact that the manufacturer has complete control over the manufacturing process, it can achieve precisely defined parameters of such nonwoven fabric.
You can control the absorption coefficient, nonwoven fabric weight and its mechanical properties.
Therefore, OWA is characterized by uniform properties, depending on the type of nonwoven fabric from which it is produced.
Depending on the type and weight of the nonwoven fabric, the absorption coefficient was reached 22-24 +/-2.
