Roll pockets
Filter pockets it is a closed space composed of two layers of composite. The connection of both composite layers is achieved using various methods.
WWFABRICS production lines allow the use of polypropylene nonwoven fabric made using spunbond technology as a spacer. The production line continuously ultrasonic welds a specially prepared spacer ribbon with both composite layers forming a pocket. DAdditionally, at the same time, the devices perform side welds to the dimensions required by the Ordering Party.
Pockets - sleeve
The composite connected by strong ultrasonic welds creates a uniform ribbon of closed space. Thanks to this, it can be wound on rolls and easily used by filter manufacturers. The filter manufacturer cuts a piece of the roll to the desired length and then closes it himself (using ultrasonic welding or traditional seam).
In this way, the manufacturer can respond very flexibly to the wishes of its customers, especially with smaller orders.
